Executive Summary
Morgan Stanley, a MEMX backer and one of the world’s largest equity houses, launched its first regulated European equity trading venue, called MS MTF, in mid-January, becoming the third bank to operate an equities MTF. TABB Group’s Tim Cave reviewed the MTF's recently published rulebook to learn more about the move and the venue’s market model.
